Thanks to my family, my team, hard work, determination, and self-improvement, L’Évidence was born, and it writes a different story every day. My cooking is guided by instinct and the moment, in a spirit of carte blanche. We will embark on a culinary journey together, in Touraine, or at times in other regions that are dear to me.
